Policy


Due to the nature of our products (for personal use) we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part.  If you receive the wrong product or have a similar related issue please contact us at fishersoapcompany@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  If you are unsure of an item or it's ingredients please message me before purchasing and I will answer any questions you may have.  

I take great pride in my products and will do all I can to ensure they arrive safe and sound to your home.  

Each batch is made and cut by hand. Slight variations may occur.

Each order is automatically insured for $50 via USPS Priority Mail.  If you want to pay for the extra insurance on an order larger then $50 please contact me and I will assist you.

Summer Shipping 

Many of our products are made with low melt point butters. If shipped during hot weather these products may soften and sometimes deflate (if they are whipped). This can also occur if the product is left in a hot car, mailbox, sunny window or near a heat source.  If melting does occur, simply place the product in a cool place or refrigerator to solidify.  The melting will not affect the product quality.  We try not to ship our body butters or lanolin salves in the warmer months.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, illness or medical conditions nor are they meant to take the place of medical attention or prescribed medications.  If irritation occurs while using our products, please discontinue use and consult a physician.   We list all ingredients on our product labels.

FSC regularly supports local, regional and national causes. Unfortunately, we have a very limited yearly marketing budget and non-allocated funds tend to be snatched up fast. You may email your detailed request to us at fishersoapcompany@gmail.com for consideration.
