Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (for personal use) we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part. If you receive the wrong product or have a similar related issue please contact us at fishersoapcompany@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you are unsure of an item please message me before purchasing and I will answer any questions you may have. The product must be in original packaging and unopened.

I take great pride in my products and will do all I can to ensure they arrive safe and sound to your home.

Each batch is made and cut by hand. Slight variations may occur.

FSC regularly supports local, regional and national causes. Unfortunately, we have a very limited yearly marketing budget and non-allocated funds tend to be snatched up quickly. You may email your detailed request to us at fishersoapcompany@gmail.com for consideration.
